- This is a car workshop model designed and authorized by PL MOCs. The building consists of three floors, the first floor is a car dealership. It consists of a large showroom with modified cars on display and small offices for the dealers with contract typewriters. The garage door opens to allow the cars easy access to the showroom.
- On the second floor there is a karaoke/rock bar with vintage radios, karaoke control panels, cameras for photographing the artists, guitar stands with guitars, microphones on the stage and karaoke stands, and a large advertisement for "Cars" on the wall facing the street.
- On the third floor there is a small apartment of the owner with a large bed with umbrella, charcoal, a table with flowers, an old tape recorder and a microphone for singing, and a spacious balcony with access to the tiled floor and a ladder to the roof next to the stairs to the second floor. The roof is used for barbecue and relaxation, with gas grill and umbrella, and a large bathtub with heated water.
