This is lesdiy.de's standard return policy and only applies to products purchased directly from the lesdiy.de website.
All products can be requested for return authorization under the return guarantee.
All returns must require a return authorization.
The package has been received for more than 2 months.
Products which are not eligible for return and which will be returned to you at your expense and expense when received by us:
All products that were not purchased from lesdiy.de.
Any Product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to Products with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise illegible serial number.
Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail packaging, manuals, cables, and any other items that originally came with the product.
Any product that has had its zip code removed from its packaging.
Any product showing physical damage.
Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in discount.
The RMA process & three easy steps:
1. Get RMA approval after submitting RMA request to :service@lesdiy.de. The RMA request should include the following information: order number, SKU, reason for returning and mailing images, choice of replacement or refund funds, and other related concerns.

2. Ship the returned goods after getting the RMA approval.
Please note that after shipping, the returned item must be with original packaging, accessories and shipping address from lesdiy.de customer service center along with RMA authorization.
Note: Please provide the tracking number for the return. lesdiy.de assumes no responsibility for missing returns.
3. Get the replacement or refund.
lesdiy will arrange reshipment or refund after receiving your return package within 1-3 business days.
