Delivery

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver orders to the following European countries and regions:
Åland Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Faroe Islands, French overseas territories, Gibraltar, Greenland, Heligoland, Channel Islands (also Jersey and Guernsey), Canary Islands, Melilla, Monaco and San Marino.
We cannot accept orders for shipping to PO boxes, packing stations, hotels and freight companies.

• Free shipping is automatically applied to your online or custom parts order.

• Fees may apply for delivery to Switzerland.
•Delivery service is not available on Sundays.
•We will inform you by email when your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery and service delays

Shipping dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing unexpected service delays (e.g. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note that there may be additional delivery times required to receive your order.

• Each order will be shipped in a LesDiy box and you can provide the “Shipping Address” e.g. E.g. a relative's house or workplace.
• Pricing information will be included in your order confirmation email.

cancel order

You may cancel your order until you receive a confirmation email. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.

track your package

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. For all orders, this email will contain a tracking number that you can use to track your package on our website or on the relevant carrier's website.
