- The Reko wagons are railway wagons that were made from the remains of pre-war railway freight wagons. Due to a shortage of materials, the GDR's Deutsche Reichsbahn was forced to repurpose parts of old freight wagons. Reconstruction (abbreviated Reko) does not mean the restoration or replication of previous conditions, but rather a complete modernization. This MOC depicts three different types of railway cars: passenger, baggage and dining cars. All carriages are equipped with complete interior equipment such as seats, tables, toilets, luggage racks and more.
