MOC-93345 Modern Corner Hotel Clamp Building Blocks

• The MOC-93345 model was originally developed and authorized by Brinx.
  
• The Modern Corner Hotel is a modular building with a small square in front. Its facade is inspired by the Hotel Greulich in Zurich.
  
• Outside the building, the small space under a birch tree is furnished with a few tables and chairs. From the inner corner of the building you can enter the building via two doors. The one on the right leads to the hotel reception with a flyer rack in front of it and a key rack behind the counter. The left door enters the bar area with some lounge chairs and tables and a fully stocked bar with refrigerators for drinks and snacks, a beer dispenser, a coffee maker and plenty of bottles and glasses. There is a small toilet under the stairs. Behind the reception there is an additional entrance for employees from the back yard.
  
• The spacious staircase takes you to the upper two levels with hotel rooms. All rooms are equipped with a small private toilet and shower as well as a sink facing the room. On the first floor there are two single corner bedrooms and a small double bedroom with a queen size bed.
  On the second floor, this room is the same. In the corner there is a spacious double bedroom with a king-size bed, lounge chair and television. There is a small utility room between the two rooms.
  The stairs go up to the roof. There are two lounge chairs and a large hot tub.
  
• Like all typical modular buildings, the different levels can be easily dismantled and reassembled. There are technical modules on both sides of the building to connect the building to other modules using pins."
• Since our sets are freshly packed, it takes approximately 15 days from ordering to shipping, and shipping then takes another 15 days.
