- Designer's Description: The Andrea Doria was an Italian ocean liner known for its elegance and sophistication that was unfortunately sunk in 1956 in one of the most famous shipwrecks in maritime history after colliding with the SS Stockholm. Thanks to the Andrea Doria's excellent design, the ship remained afloat for over 11 hours after the collision, allowing a quiet and safe evacuation of the luxury liner and avoiding the loss of many lives. I designed a 1:400 scale model of this beautiful ocean liner, with an improved hull design and typical style. This model has many tiles, classic panels and bricks and some modified parts.
