The goods will be sent to you within 2 working days of receiving the order at the latest. If the credit card authorization has not been processed correctly, the order will be canceled.

In what condition do I have to return my product
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
This means that the loss in value resulting from handling of the products beyond what is necessary to assess their quality, characteristics and functioning will be deducted proportionately from your refund amount.
This loss in value can be significant if you open the packaging and any plastic bags in the packaging and/or return only individual parts rather than the entire product and you will receive a smaller refund in the event of a cancellation.
Can I always exercise my right of withdrawal
You have no right of withdrawal for the following product types:
- a) Products that have been personalized for you or specially manufactured according to your wishes
- b) Sealed audio or video products or sealed computer software which you have opened after receipt. This includes, but is not limited to, video games and DVDs.

Cancellation policy (only for EU countries)
Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. If several goods are ordered as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods. However, a single order does not exist if you have ordered several goods at the same time. The individual products must be related to one another. If goods are delivered in several partial deliveries or pieces, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last partial delivery or the last piece.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, LesDiy (e-mail: contact@lesdiy.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website www.lesdiy.de. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail).

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to LesDiy, Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, 518129 Guangdong promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you sent your cancellation to us.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Cancellation form
When carrying out a revocation, no specific wording needs to be followed. The following template is simply an example of how you can declare a revocation.
"I, Mr./Ms. (your name), hereby cancel the order dated (invoice date).
The invoice number is: (the invoice number shown on the invoice)."

Battery regulation
In connection with the sale of batteries and rechargeable batteries, we as a retailer are obliged under the Battery Ordinance to inform you as a consumer of the following:
You are legally obliged to return batteries and rechargeable batteries. You can return them after use to our point of sale, to a municipal collection point or to a local retailer. Batteries containing pollutants are marked with a symbol consisting of a crossed-out garbage can and the chemical symbol (Cd, Hg or Pb) of the heavy metal that is decisive for the classification as containing pollutants.
Data protection
The customer agrees to the storage of his data in an electronic customer file.

Accounting
The invoice will be created based on the information provided with your order.
If you subsequently wish to change the billing address or something similar, a processing fee of 5 euros (plus VAT) will be charged.
