- The excellent MOC-124716 designed and authorized by Resqusto.
- The Fletcher class was a class of destroyers built by the United States during World War II. The class was designed in 1939 due to dissatisfaction with the earlier Porter and Somers class destroyer leader types. Some served in the Korean War and the Vietnam War.
- The long-range ships of the Fletcher class fulfilled all the tasks required of a destroyer, from anti-submarine and anti-aircraft defense to surface operations. Capable of traveling the long distances required for naval operations in the Pacific, they served almost exclusively in the Pacific theater during World War II, where they were responsible for sinking 29 Imperial Japanese Navy submarines. Verification failed] In a massive effort, the Fletchers were built by shipyards throughout the United States, and after the end of World War II, eleven were sold to the countries against which they had been built: Italy, Germany, and Japan, as well as other countries , where they had an even longer, distinguished career. Three of them have been preserved as museum ships in the USA and one in Greece.
