- Designed and authorized by PL MOCs, this is a street-level cafe model. The first floor of the building features a lovely cafe decorated with old-fashioned radios, creating a cozy atmosphere. The cafe offers a variety of delicious cakes and customers can also enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee. In addition, the cafe extends into the charming backyard, giving guests even more space to relax. A staircase leads to the second floor, where a Hi-Fi shop is located. Customers can test the speakers with a wide range of instruments and microphones, and two balconies are easily accessible from this floor, offering scenic views. The third floor displays a wide range of music players, from classic record players and cassette recorders to stylish modern devices. Elegant windows adorn the front of the building, adding a touch of sophistication. While the roof is not accessible to visitors, it serves as a decorative element that adds an appealing sense of beauty and design to the overall structure.
