- This Jim's Bowling Alley & Diner MOC-58435 was licensed and designed by Brick Artisan.
- Jim's Bowling Alley & Diner is an alternate build of the Downtown Diner. It includes 2100 pieces. While other alternate builds of modular buildings tend to stray from the original design, Jim's Bowling Alley & Diner was designed to complement the original set. The color scheme and small furniture pieces from the original set were used to ensure that the alternate build can be considered an extension of the buildings shown when the buildings are placed next to each other. With a cohesive theme from the ground floor to the top floor, Jim's Bowling Alley & Diner can also stand on its own as an individual modular building.
- The ground floor has a very spacious 3-lane bowling alley, a cash register that rents out colorful bowling shoes (represented by 1x1 plates) and a small restroom. The second floor has the diner with more seating and a climbing wall as well as an arcade racing game, making it perfect for a kid's birthday party. It also has an outdoor area that leads to the top floor. The top floor has another outdoor seating area and a small movie area reminiscent of an outdoor cinema. This makes the building a perfect place for family gatherings where the adults can go bowling, the kids can play games and the teens can watch movies.
- The design uses some unusual building styles making it a mix of modular and dollhouse style. Many SNOT techniques were used specifically for the facade but ensure it is strong and stable.
